Introduction Series — Lesson 1 of 5

What Is the
Programming?

Before you can walk back to Eden, you have to understand what pulled you away from it — and who benefited from the distance. This is where the walk begins.

The Foundation

You Were Born Awake.

When you came into this world, you were a pure receiver. No filters. No labels. No story about who you were or what you were capable of. You felt the sun and knew it was warm. You cried when something was wrong and laughed when something was right. That knowing — that direct connection to Source — was fully intact.

Then the world got to work.

Before you could speak in full sentences, systems were already in place to shape how you would think, what you would believe, what you would accept as normal, and most importantly — who you would believe you were. That process is what we call programming.

"Programming isn't something they did to you once. It's something that runs every day — until you decide to look at the code."

— Nazir El, Ya Heard Me
Breaking It Down

What Programming Actually Is.

Programming is not a conspiracy theory. It is not abstract. It is a documented, deliberate process of installing beliefs, behaviors, and limitations into a person from birth — so that person operates inside a defined boundary without ever questioning the fence.

It comes through multiple channels, running simultaneously:

Key Insight

Programming works because it starts before you have the tools to question it. A child cannot evaluate the curriculum before accepting it. The installation happens first. The questioning — if it ever comes — has to fight through years of reinforcement to get a word in. That is not an accident. That is the design.

Research in developmental psychology consistently shows that by age seven, the core beliefs shaping adult behavior, self-worth, and worldview are already formed. Seven years old — before you could multiply, before you could read a contract, before you had any capacity to consent. The installation was complete before you had the tools to evaluate it.

The Personal Testimony

The Moment That Changed Everything.

This is not theory. What follows is Nazir El's own testimony — the moment in Baton Rouge that started the entire walk back to Eden. This is Chapter 1 of Ya Heard Me in his words.

From Ya Heard Me — Chapter 1 · The Foundation of Truth

I've always had a fascination with the rays of the sun, especially how they break through the clouds. You can see the distinct lines of light as it cuts through, shining down left, right, and center. This is one of the scenes I constantly catch on my camera phone.

Then one day I was standing outside in Baton Rouge, feeling the warmth on my skin, watching those familiar rays cut through the clouds — and it hit me like lightning. A divine download shook me to my core. Everything I had been taught about where I was living transformed in that instant.

My whole body went electric. I felt this rush of energy from my head to my feet, like every cell in my body was waking up at the same time. It wasn't just an intellectual understanding — it was a spiritual transmission.

What came next was something deeper than amazement — it was divine anger. Why would they tell us that lie? What was the gain from deceiving divine beings about their true environment?

I begin to see many lies told to who is known as the "mass" in society. People like you and I — we work a 9-5, we pay taxes, our kids go to public schools, we go to church, we abide by the law. We're the ones who follow the rules, who trust the system, who believe what we're told.

And that's exactly what makes us the perfect targets for this kind of spiritual deception.

I remember digging into the questions that wouldn't leave me alone. This is when the Most High led me to ask the ultimate question. As I was observing all the wrong on earth, I asked the Lord: "What did you put on earth to fight against all these wrongs?"

The answer that came back was immediate and clear.

'You son.'

The words hit me so deep I had to sit down. At that moment, time stopped. I wasn't just hearing words — I was receiving a divine commission directly into my spirit. I had been sent here specifically to break the chain of deception — not just for myself, but for all who are ready for truth.

What This Means for You

You Are Not Broken —
You Are Programmed.

This is one of the most important distinctions in this entire journey. Many people who come to this work carry shame — about their past choices, their patterns, their failures, the ways they have repeated cycles they swore they would break.

That shame is misplaced. You were not weak. You were not lacking. You were operating from installed software that was not written for your benefit. A computer running bad code does not need to feel ashamed of the output. It needs the code examined and rewritten.

The first step is this: stop interpreting your limitations as evidence of who you are. They are not. They are evidence of what you were taught. And that is a critical difference — because what was taught can be unlearned. What is original cannot be destroyed.

The First Practice

Start Noticing.

Understanding programming intellectually is the first move. But this work is not academic — it requires practice. And the first practice is the simplest one: noticing.

For the next 24 hours, pay attention to every time you catch yourself thinking or saying any of these:

Every time one of those comes up — pause. Don't judge it. Just ask two questions: Where did I learn this? And who does it serve for me to believe it?

That pause — the space between a programmed response and your conscious awareness of it — is where your freedom lives. Everything starts there.

The Book

That Was Chapter 1.

What you just read and heard is one chapter of a nine-chapter spiritual memoir. Each chapter is a revelation — a testimony of what Nazir El discovered when he stopped trusting institutions and started trusting divine guidance. Here is the full map of what's inside Ya Heard Me.

Reflection · Lesson 1
Sit With This

Real learning requires real honesty. Take a few minutes with these prompts. There are no right answers — only your truth. Your answers are private. Write as much or as little as you need.

Prompt 01

Where in your life do you feel a ceiling — a limit on what's possible for you — that you've never fully questioned? Where did that belief come from?

Prompt 02

Think of one belief about yourself — your worth, your ability, your identity — that you accepted from someone else. A parent, a teacher, a system. What was it?

Prompt 03

Apply the question Nazir El asked: "Who benefits from me believing this?" to that belief. What do you notice?

Prompt 04 — After Your 24 Hours

Which phrase from the First Practice came up most? "I can't," "that's just how it is," something else? What does that pattern tell you about where your programming runs deepest?

Your progress is saved automatically
You looked at the code.

That's not a small thing.
Most people never do.

The next lesson goes deeper — we'll walk The Walk Back to Eden and understand exactly what this journey requires. Or go deeper right now with the full book and the Inner Temple curriculum.
