You Have Entered Phase 2
Understanding — The Inner Court
Phase 1 named the programming. Phase 2 builds the practice. You are now deeper into the garden. The work here is not about knowing — it is about becoming.
Phase 2 · Understanding · Lesson 01 of 06
01

Awakening
Applied.

Principle I moves from recognition to practice. You named the programming in Phase 1. Now you develop the ongoing discipline of staying awake — and going deeper into the layers you haven't yet reached.

The Difference Between Phase 1 and Phase 2

You Named It.
Now You Have to Live It.

In Phase 1, Principle I — Awakening — was about recognition. Seeing the code. Naming the installation. Understanding where the programming came from and what it has been running in you. That work was necessary. And it was just the beginning.

In Phase 2, Awakening becomes a daily discipline. The programming does not disappear because you have named it. It runs on a deep loop — and every time life creates pressure, every time comfort becomes available, every time the people around you are choosing sleep, the programming offers itself as the path of least resistance.

Staying awake is not a state you achieve. It is a practice you maintain.

"The moment you see the programming — you are responsible for it. Awake and unchanged is a choice."

— Nazir El, Ya Heard Me Chapter 7
The Three Levels of Awakening

You Have Reached Level One.
Two More Wait.

Most people who begin the awakening journey reach Level 1 — the obvious programming — and stop there. They see through the surface lies, they question the institutions, they recognize the conditioning. And then they stay at that level because going deeper requires something harder than intellectual recognition. It requires personal confrontation.

Level 1
Surface
The Obvious Programming
The lies you can see and name once someone points them out. Institutional deception. Historical revisionism. Media manipulation. Most people reach this level through study.
Phase 1 work — largely complete
Level 2
Identity
The Programming That Feels Like You
The beliefs you defend because they feel like identity — not like programming. Your relationship to money. Your belief about what you deserve. Your definition of success. Your ceiling. This level requires personal honesty, not just intellectual insight.
Phase 2 primary work — begins here
Level 3
Reality
The Programming That Feels Like Reality Itself
The deepest layer — the programming so thoroughly installed that it doesn't feel like programming at all. It feels like the nature of things. Time works this way. Relationships work this way. This is just how it is. Reaching this level requires sustained practice — not a single breakthrough moment.
Phase 3 and Phase 4 territory

Phase 2 is Level 2 work. You are going into the programming that feels like you — and distinguishing it from what actually is you. This is harder than Level 1. It is also where the real transformation begins.

The Phase 2 Discipline

Every day in Phase 2 — once each morning — ask yourself this question before any external input: "What am I believing today that I did not consciously choose?" Write the answer. Do not evaluate it. Just notice and record. Over 90 days this practice reveals the Level 2 programming with more precision than any single lesson can.

Sacred Chamber IV — Your Creative Authority

Chapter 4 of Ya Heard Me — My Awakening to Divine Creative Power — is the testimony that makes Sacred Chamber IV concrete. The 12-year-old Christmas manifestation. The 7-day car wash. The misuse correction in meditation. Each story reveals the same truth from a different angle: consciousness has direct creative authority over physical reality when it operates from divine alignment.

Sacred Chamber IV is not about technique. It is about recognizing that you have already been using this authority — every moment of your life, consciously or unconsciously. Your thoughts, your language, your beliefs have been creating your reality according to the programming running underneath them. Chamber IV shifts the operator from the program to the original design.

Chamber IV Daily Practice

Each morning this week — before speaking about your life to anyone — spend 2 minutes declaring what you are creating. Not what you hope for. Not what you want. What you are creating. Present tense. Specific. Then go live it. Track what shifts.

The 21-Day Observation Practice

Awakening Is
a Daily Decision.

Nazir El in Chapter 5: "As I shed the layers of programmed mind, I began to see way better than ever before." That shedding is not instantaneous. It happens through consistent, daily practice — small acts of choosing awareness over comfort, truth over convenience, original design over installed pattern.

The 21-Day Observation Practice is your Phase 2 Lesson 1 assignment. Simple. Consistent. Powerful over time.

Daily Morning Question
"What am I believing today that I did not consciously choose?" — Write one answer each morning. Check the day when done.
Reflection · Phase 2 Lesson 01
Deeper Into the Garden

Phase 2 reflections go into Level 2 territory. These prompts require more than intellectual answers — they require honest personal confrontation.

Prompt 01 — Level 2 Programming

Name one belief you have about yourself that feels like truth — not like programming. Something you would defend. Now examine it: when did you first believe this? Who confirmed it? Is it actually yours?

Prompt 02 — The Comfort Pull

In the last 30 days — what was the moment when you chose to go back to sleep rather than stay awake? What made the sleep feel easier? What was the cost?

Prompt 03 — Sacred Chamber IV

Look at something in your life that is not working the way you want it to. Apply the Chamber IV question: what has your consciousness been creating here — not what you intended, but what has actually been coming out of your beliefs and language about this area?

Prompt 04 — The Morning Question

Answer right now: What are you believing today — in this moment, reading this — that you did not consciously choose? Name one thing. Be specific.
