3. Account Registration and Security

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Square, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Square's terms of service and privacy policy.

4.3 Billing

• Monthly Subscriptions: Automatically renew each month unless canceled
• Billing Date: Your subscription renews on the same day each month as your initial purchase
• Price Changes: We will notify you 30 days in advance of any price changes
• Failed Payments: If payment fails, your access may be suspended until payment is resolved

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions:

• You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• You retain access until the end of your paid period

Digital Products (Books, Audiobooks, Workbooks):

• Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied
• Must provide reason for refund request
• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

Physical Products (Paperback, Hardback Books):

• Refunds available for damaged or defective items
• Must be reported within 14 days of delivery
• Return shipping costs may apply

One-Time Memberships (Student, Founding):

• 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied
• Must request refund within 30 days of purchase
